Cracking reason analysis of planetary frame during quenching and tempering process

摘要 针对某型号行星架调质后在精加工过程中出现开裂的现象,进行行星架的材质及裂纹的宏观、微观、金相、夹杂物分析和硬度测试。判断出行星架材料成分符合要求,但是材料中心出现带状夹杂物,并且材料原始组织沿轧制方向形成带状组织,直接导致淬火过程中出现裂纹;同时该产品尺寸在45钢淬裂敏感尺寸范围内,加剧材料在淬火过程中裂纹的产生。此外,对行星架质量检测方法提出一些建议。 The appearance of cracks in a quenched and tempered planetary frame during finish machining was analyzed.Component analysis of materials, macroscopic and microscopic observation of cracks, inclusion morphology analysis andhardness test were carried out. The results show that the component quality of the material is eligible. Due to existence ofinclusion in the central part and the banded structure formed along the rolling direction, the formation of cracks is induced.The treatment of quenching and tempering is performed within the range of crack sensitive size in 45 steel, thus acceleratingthe formation of cracks. Meanwhile, some advices for the quality inspection methods of the planetary frames were put forward.
