摘要
以GK-12、新棉33B和SGK321等转基因棉和常规棉泗棉3号为材料,研究了取食转基因棉的棉大卷叶螟对中华通草蛉生长发育和捕食功能的影响。结果表明,中华通草蛉捕食转基因棉花品种上的棉大卷叶螟后,幼虫死亡率增加2.8%-8.8%、茧重降低0.12 mg-0.50 mg/头、羽化率下降0.7%-10.1%,幼虫及茧的历期与对照相比差异达到显著或极显著水平。草蛉对棉大卷叶螟的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ型,其捕食量和捕食效率均高于对照,处理1头卷叶螟幼虫所用时间短于对照,瞬间攻击率大于对照。研究认为,草蛉更易捕获取食转基因棉田的棉大卷叶螟,但捕食了这些猎物后对捕食者本身的生长发育带来一定影响。
In this study,three varieties of transgenic cotton including GK-12,New cotton33 B,SGK321,and one variety of conventional cotton(Simian-3) were used to investigate effects of Sylepta derogata ingesting transgenic cotton on the growth,development,and the predatory function of the lacewings Chrysoperla sinica,an important natural predator of S.derogata.The results showed that the mortality rate of C.sinica larvae increased by 2.8%-8.8%,the cocoon weight reduced by 0.12 mg-0.50 mg,and the eclosion rate decreased by 0.7%-10.1% after C.sinica preyed upon S.derogata fed with transgenic cotton varieties.Compared with the control treatment,significant differences were observed in larval and cocooning duration of C.sinica.The predatory functional response of C.sinica to S.derogata fed with transgenic cotton complied with Holling's model II,and the predatory quantity and predatory efficiency were higher than those of the control group.Additionally,the time processing one S.derogata larva and the instant attack rate were shorter and higher than that of the control group,respectively.These results indicates that lacewings might more easily prey S.derogata fed with transgenic cotton,but the growth and development of the predators ingesting this prey would be affected to a certain extent.
