摘要
为了更好解决进口JCO成型机在实际使用中出现的超压报警故障,了解成型后管坯开口不良和椭圆度问题,对JCO成型机数控MX4同步控制过程进行了系统分析。通过分析图纸、确定数控MX4相关轴与系统动力源流量阀、压力阀及伺服控制阀之间硬件控制的原理,逆向分析MX4数控程序,对模柄找平的数控逻辑过程进行了归纳,分析出MX4同步控制上梁上升及下压过程的流程及部分关键点,确定了压制过程中出现压力超差报警的触发条件,得出MX4控制横梁基准倾斜度的数学模型。最后,对压制后相关异常开口管坯的工艺参数调整做了定性指导。
In order to solve the overpressure alarm malfunction of imported JCO make-up machine in practical application and understand the issues of poor tube blank opening and ovality,numerical control MX4 synchronous control process was systematically analyzed.By analyzing the drawing,confirming the hardware control principle between numerical control MX4 correlation axis,system power source flow valve,pressure valve and servo control valve,and reversely analyzing MX4 numerical control programs,the numerical control logical process of die shank leveling was concluded,procedure and key points of MX4 synchronously controlling upper beam up and down were analyzed,and the conditions of overpressure alarm in pressing process were confirmed.Finally,the process parameter adjustment of poor opening of tube blank after pressing was qualitatively guided.
