摘要
采用流延法将聚乙烯醇(PVA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)、黄色曙红(YE)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BAM)按一定比例制备了水性聚乙烯醇感光树脂膜,并对其进行了UV光固化处理,经过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV/Vis)分析将碘镓灯确定为紫外光固化光源,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)分析、凝胶含量测试、铅笔硬度计测试、万能力学试验机测试、热失重分析(TGA)等研究了光固化时间对水性聚乙烯醇感光树脂膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明,采用碘镓灯处理50 min时,水性聚乙烯醇感光树脂膜的铅笔硬度高达5H,拉伸强度超过30 MPa,具有很好的耐磨性。
Water soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) photopolymer film was prepared by casting methodwith using the mixture of triethanolamine, yellowish eosin, acrylamide and N, N'-methylenebisaerylamideaccording to a certain proportion. The PVA photopolymer film was then UV cured at different conditions. Theiodine gallium lamp was chosen as the light source for UV curing by the analysis of ultraviolet absorptionspectrum (UV/Vis). The structure and properties of water soluble PVA photopolymer film cured withdifferent time were characterized and tested with infrared spectroscopy, gel content analysis, pencil hardnesstest, mechanical testing machine and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the PVAphotopolymer film treated for 50 min has the pencil rigidity as high as 5 H and the breaking strength more than30 MPa, and the cured film shows good wear resistance.
