摘要
针对建筑施工企业BIM应用能力评价指标体系构成问题,基于对BIM应用影响因素的分析,结合专家访谈研究,应用扎根理论的编码手段,得到初步的指标体系,其包含4个一级指标和19个二级指标。根据指标形成调研问卷,收集数据,检验问卷的信度,应用因子分析法分析指标体系的构成,剔除1个二级指标,运用结构方程模型验证指标体系的合理性并给出各指标的权重。
Aiming at the problems of BIM application ability evaluation index system in construction enterprises, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of BIM application and the expert interview, the article uses the coding method of roo- ting theory to get the initial index system including four first - level indicators and nineteen secondary indicators. According to the indicators, questionnaire is designed, then data are collected, and reliability of the questionnaire is analyzed. Also, the composition of the index system is analyzed by factor analysis. A secondary indicator is eliminated, and the structural e- quation model is used to verify the rationality of the index system and to provide the weight of each indicator. This study en- riches the BIM theory system and provides the decision basis for correctly guiding the application of BIM in construction en- terprise.
