丝绸之路经济带背景下陕甘宁革命老区城市经济联系与合作分析——基于城市流强度的视角 被引量:1

摘要 地处陕甘宁三省交汇处的陕甘宁革命老区是联通三省的重要枢纽,该区域的发展对于丝绸之路经济带核心区的建设至关重要。通过运用城市流强度模型测算分析陕甘宁革命老区8个地级城市的区位熵、外向功能量、城市流强度和城市流强度结构,分析了其经济联系和外向服务功能,提出了陕甘宁革命老区城市应利用丝绸之路经济带这一重要平台,借助省会城市的辐射带动作用,从全球产业价值链分工的视角出发,加强产业分工与国际合作,促进区域产业联通,进而提升陕甘宁三省在丝绸之路经济带建设中的重要支撑作用。 The old revolutionary base area at the intersection of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia is the important hub connecting the three provinces, and the development of this area is very crucial to the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt. By using the urban flow intensity model, this paper calculates respec- tively the location quotient, outward function, urban flow intensity and the structure of the urban flow intensity of the 8 prefecture-level cities in the old revolutionary base area of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia and analyzes their economic relations and outward service functions, and proposes that each city in the old revolutionary base are- a of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia should make use of the Silk Road Economic Belt as an important platform to strengthen the industrial division of labor and international cooperation, and promotes the regional industrial connection with the help of the radiation and driving functions of the provincial capitals and from the perspec- tive of the division of labor in the global industrial value chain, so as to further promote the important support- ing role of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia provinces in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt.
