生物样品中多溴联苯醚及其代谢物检测方法的研究进展 被引量:8

Research progress on detection methods for polybrominated diphenyl ethers and their metabolites in biological samples

摘要 多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)作为添加型溴代阻燃剂被广泛用于工业和商业产品中。PBDEs是一种持久性环境污染物,具有环境内分泌干扰作用、神经毒性和生殖毒性等多种毒性效应。PBDEs可代谢生成羟基化代谢产物羟基PBDEs(hydroxylated PBDEs,OH-PBDEs),再经甲基化作用生成甲氧基PBDEs(methoxylated PBDEs,Me OPBDEs)。近年来,PBDE及其代谢物OH-PBDEs、Me O-PBDEs和多溴苯酚在多种环境介质和生物体内被检出,引起了人们对此类阻燃剂的关注与重视。本文概述了PBDEs在环境和人体中的暴露状况,着重综述近几年PBDEs及其代谢物在不同生物基质中的样本预处理方法和检测技术,以期为PBDEs的暴露评估、毒理学等相关研究提供方法学参考。 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), as additive brominated flame retardants, are widely used in a variety of industrial and commercial products. PBDEs are persistent organic pollutants with environmental endocrine disruption effect, neurotoxicity, and reproductive toxicity. PBDEs can be metabolized into hydroxylated PBDEs (OH-PBDEs) and methylated into methoxylated PBDEs (MeO-PBDEs) in vivo. Recently, PBDEs and their metabolites (OH-PBDEs, MeO-PBDEs) and bromophenols have raised social concerns due to the detection of above-mentioned chemicals in environment and organisms. In this review, the exposure levels and the methods of pretreatment and detection of PBDEs and their metabolites in environment and human body were summarized, aiming to provide methodological references for the exposure assessment and toxicological research of PBDEs.
