摘要
基于对绿色化发展内涵与理念的解读,从绿色化禀赋、绿色化压力、绿色化治理三个维度构建绿色化水平评价体系。运用改进的熵权法测度历年省域绿色化水平,结合空间自相关和空间面板模型探究省域绿色化格局的时空演变及影响因素。结果表明:中国绿色化水平总体上呈现稳定增长的态势和显著的空间集聚特征;局部空间上表现出显著的冷热点分化,冷点区不断扩张:信息化与教育投入对绿色化水平有正向影响,工业化、城镇化对其具有负向影响;同时绿色化水平具有显著的正向空间溢出效应。
Based on the connotation and idea of greenization development, the green evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions including greenization endowment, pressure and governance. Provincial greenization levels are calculated with the improved entropy weight method. Spatio-temporal evolution of provincial greenization in China and its influencing factors are explored with spatial autocorrelation and spatial panel data model. The results show that: Provincial greenization has shown stable growth and significant spatial agglomeration patterns; it has also presented obvious hot spot differentiation in local scale while cold spot areas keep expansion; informatization and education investment have positive influences on greenization while industrialization and urbanization have negative effects on it; greenization has strong positive spatial spillover effects.
