摘要
为解决磁流变阻尼器Bouc-Wen模型参数识别方法复杂、不易实现的难题,采用Matlab中的Simulink Design Optimization工具,在Simulink中搭建Bouc-Wen模型,利用磁流变阻尼器力学特性试验得到的试验数据,对Bouc-Wen模型进行参数识别。结合各参数的物理意义对得到的识别结果进行分析,确定出阻尼力调控参数,并在Matlab中进行线性拟合,得到其与电流的函数关系。最后搭建考虑阻尼力调控参数的Bouc-Wen仿真模型,用不同幅值和频率的正弦激励进行仿真,并将仿真结果和试验数据进行对比。结果表明:仿真结果和试验数据能够很好的吻合,得到的参数满足要求。
In order to solve problems of hard to implement, complex method of parameter identification in the Bouc-Wen modelof magnetorheological dampers ( MRD), a Bouc-Wen dynamic model of MRD is built in Simulink and its parameters are obtained byusing Simulink Design Optimization tool based on mechanical characteristic experiments of a MR damper. The parameters of Bouc-Wenmodel were identified. In combination with the physical significance of each parameter to analyze the result of identification, and to de-termine the controlled damping parameters (CDP), functional relationships between some parameters and applied current were deter-mined by using the method of linear fitting. Finally built in considering CDP Bouc-Wen simulation model, made simulation with exper-iment data in different amplitudes and frequencies, the simulation results were compared with experimental values. It is shown that thesimulation result~ are consistent with the test results, and the model identified can meet the need of parameters in engineeringapplications.
