摘要
采用二烯丙基胺、33%盐酸和40%二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵为原料,过硫酸铵、亚硫酸钠氧化还原引发自由基加成聚合生成聚合物。优化的合成条件为:二烯丙基胺25 g、33%盐酸25 g、40%二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵300 g、过硫酸铵3 g、亚硫酸钠3 g、水150 g,滴加反应温度80℃、滴加反应时间3 h、保温反应温度80℃、保温反应时间1 h。磨毛棉织物经活性红R-2BF染色后,再经该聚合物固色整理,织物的干摩擦色牢度为4~5级,湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级。
The polymer is synthesized by radical addition polymerization initiated by ammonium persulfate/sodium sulfite oxidation-reduction reaction and with diallylamine,33% hydrochloric and 40% dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride as reactants. The results show that the optimal synthesis process of polymer is as follows: diallylamine 25 g, 33% hydrochloric 25 g, 40% dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride 300 g, ammonium persulfate 3 g, sodium sulfite 3 g, water 150 g, adding agents at 80℃ for 3 h, reaction at 80℃ for 1h. The sanded cotton fabric dyed by Reactive Red R-2BF and fixed by the polymer features 4N 5 Grade of color fastness to dry rubbing, 3N4 Grade of color fastness to wet rubbing.
