舰船典型舱室装修后挥发性有机化合物的实测与分析 被引量:3

Measurement and Analysis on Volatile Organic Compounds in a Typical Newly Renovated Vessel Cabin

摘要 选取装修结束并持续通风3天后的某舰船典型舱室为研究对象,在码头停泊状态采用Tenax TA采样管富集采样和ATD-GC/MS方法测量舱室挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的释放特征,利用NIST08谱库和标准物质进行定性和定量分析。研究发现,装修后舰船舱室环境VOCs浓度水平显著高于装修前,舱室封闭期间(>4 h)典型苯系物和总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)释放速率基本恒定,其中浓度最高且释放速率最大的VOCs包括二甲苯、环己酮和乙苯等。因此,建议加强舰船装修期间的材料使用和施工工艺管理,从源头上控制装修污染,并在装修过程中和结束后加强通风。 The volatile organic compounds(VOCs) released from a typical vessel cabin lied alongside a shipyard which renovated three days ago is sampled with Tenax TA tubes and analyzed by thermal desorption and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(ATD-GC/MS). The spectrograms are qualitative and quantitative analyzed by NIST08 mass spectral library and standard samples. The results show that the VOCs concentrations significantly increases after renovation. The major VOCs with large concentrations are xylene, cyclohexanone and ethylbenzene. The emission rate of total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) is stable during the testing(〉4 h). So, it is presented to utilize the management of green materials and construction technologies during the renovation, in order to reduce the VOCs pollution. In addition, the continuous ventilation is necessary during and after the renovation.
