摘要:细胞内高水平的还原型谷胱甘PA(GSH)对机体维持正常功能是十分重要的。许多研究结果表明,向稀释液、解冻液中适量添加还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)可以增加精子膜的稳定性,中和ROS的氧化作用,提高冻存后精子的运动能力和生存能力以及体内受精能力,对精子起到明显的保护作用。
The high level of GSH in cells is important to maintain normal functions of the organism. Many studies have shown that by adding the appropriate amount of GSH to the diluent and thawing fluid, the stability of the spermatozoa can be increased,ROS oxidation can be neutralized,theability of the sperm to exercise and to survive,and the internal fertilization ability can be improved. In conclusion, GSH in vitro has an obvious protective effect on sperm.
