摘要
洛阳石化2#催化装置原使用轻柴油作为再吸收剂,对贫气中C_3、C_4组分吸收效果并不理想,为了进一步提高C_3、C_4组分的吸收效率,回收贫气中的高附加值组分丙烯,将再吸收塔吸收剂由轻柴油改为顶循环油,经过一段时间的使用后发现,C_3、C_4组分吸收率提高了34.44%,贫气中丙烯组分降低了11.16%,液化气中丙烯含量升高了1.713%。
