摘要
探究了在超临界二氧化碳萃取沉香精油的过程中,萃取压力、温度等对萃取率的影响。同时,应用全新低能耗专用萃取设备与配套工艺,通过自动化操控实现了萃取过程连续化生产,在提高沉香萃取效率的同时降低了生产所需能耗约30%,为沉香提取的工业化生产提供一定的理论依据。
Using supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology to extract the agilawood essential oil and explored the influence of different conditions on the extraction yield.What' s more, by using the new type of energy-saving equipment and matching technology, we successfully realized the continuous production of extracting agilawood essential oil and reduced the energy consumption of the extraction process by 30%.Hopefully, our research could have some reference significance for the industry extraction of agilawood essential oil.
