摘要
文章介绍了HXD1型机车轮缘润滑装置油脂罐的安装结构,通过对油脂罐安装支架断裂区域的金相、化学成分分析以及建立有限元计算模型进行综合受力分析,找到油脂罐安装支架断裂原因,提出整改措施,结构改进后的产品经装车运用后效果良好。
This paper presents the installation structure of flange lubrication device oil tank for type HXD1 electric locomotive. Through the metallographic analysis, chemical composition analysis of mounting bracket's fracture zone and building finite element calculation model for integrated stress analysis, the reason of oil tank mounting bracket's fracture is found out and the improvement measures are put forward. The new oil tank has been used on locomotive and the result is very good.
