矿用刮板输送机双机驱动系统功率平衡研究 被引量:11

摘要 双机或多机协同驱动系统在实际工况中常常受到众多硬性、不可逆机械因素影响而出现功率不平衡、出力不协调、相互牵制运行等情况,导致系统运行不匀速、不稳定。针对这些问题,对双机驱动系统提出了限幅PID、磁链观测与间接转矩反馈的控制方案,建立了基于转矩闭环反馈的定子电流、转速、磁通三环矢量驱动系统模型,利用MATLAB中Simulink框图设计环境对其进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,该方案能够有效地使双电机按各自额定容量比重分配负载,达到功率平衡的运行状态。 Two-motor or multi-motor cooperating driving system often had problems of unbalance power, discordant output and repulsion operation affected by many rigid and irreversible mechanical engineering factors, that resulted in unstable system operation with inconstant speed. A kind of control scheme of amplitude limiting PID, flux linkage observation and indirect torque feedback for dual-motor driving system was put forward, and a triple-vector driving system model of current, rotate speed and flux based on torque closed-loop feedback stator was built, the simulation results on the driving system model by Simulink block diagram of MATLAB designing circumstance showed that the scheme could make double motors distribute loads according to their rated capacity proportion as a result in power balance.
