水滑石晶化条件对PVC热稳定性能的影响

摘要 以氧化镁、氢氧化铝、碳酸钠为原料,一步合成镁铝水滑石,并对合成产物进行TG-DTA、XRD表征。将制得的水滑石用于PVC中,采用转矩流变法、烘箱老化法评价PVC热稳定性能,系统考察了水滑石晶化温度、时间等因素对PVC热稳定性能的影响,结果表明:水滑石晶化温度对PVC热稳定性能影响较大,随着晶化温度的升高,水滑石自身稳定性逐渐下降,其对PVC的热稳定性能随之下降。 Using magnesium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, sodium carbonate as raw material, the MgAI-CO3,LDHs was prepared by one step method, and characterized by TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction. Then the MgAI-CO3,LDHs was used to PVC, thermal stability of the modified PVC were studied by torque rheometer and static hot oven aging, influences like crystallization temperatures, crystallization time on the thermal stability of PVC were investigated. It suggested that the crystallization temperature of hydrotalcite has great influence on the thermal stability of PVC, with the increase of crystallization temperature, the stability of the hydrotalcite gradually decreases, and the thermal stability of PVC decreases.
