摘要
氯苯类化合物是一类结构稳定、生物毒性大、水溶性较低的有机污染物,高效治理含氯苯类化合物废气是当前废气治理领域的一大难点。生物法相较于常规的物理化学法具有效果好、能耗低、成本小、二次污染少等特点。本文从氯苯类化合物降解菌、生物净化工艺、生物降解机理三方面进行了综述,对生物吸收法、生物过滤法、生物滴滤法等生物净化工艺的优、缺点进行了比较。
Chlorobenzene compounds are a kind of organic pollutants with stable structure, high biological toxicity and low water solubility. Treatment of air containing chlorobenzene compounds is a major problem in the field. Compared with the conventional physical and chemical method, biological method is of low cost, high safety and higher efficiency. In this paper, thebacteriadegrading CBs and the mechanism of biodegradation were reviewed, meanwhile, biofilters, biotrickling filters, bioscrubber were introduced.
