摘要
为改善传统水环境监察执法效率低下状况,解决环境信息存储结构分散问题,在地理信息系统技术的基础上,构建基于C/S与B/S集成模式的水环境移动监察GIS平台,通过Web Service、XML(Extensible Markup Language)等技术实现终端与数据库之间的数据传输.使用结果表明:在该平台服务下信息存储结构化、高效执法等方面都取得了良好的效果.
To improve the efficient situations in the traditional environmental monitoring and law enforcement,meanwhile solve the dispersion problem of environmental information storage structure,on the basis of geographic information system technology, the mobile cloud platforms for water environment monitoring based on C/S and B/S Integrated Mode are built,and the data upload and transfer mode under the cloud computing platforms are proposed. Based on the Web Service,XML technologies,conversion of data between the server and the mobile terminal are realized. The results show that it has achieved good results in structured storage of information and enforcement efficient.
