摘要
为进一步提高国产化核电仪控设备的质量与可靠性,对核电仪控设备及其元器件的可靠性筛选进行了探讨。综述了目前核电产品电子元器件老化筛选的必要性以及实施过程中存在的困难。根据现有的核电行业标准及其他行业标准,制定了符合产品质量要求的可靠性筛选方案,并在国产化供货项目中实施验证。试验结果证明,该筛选方案对元器件采购、电路板焊接、机柜组装接线等关键工艺过程可进行有效的验证,保证了批量供货产品质量与可靠性。
In order to improve the quality and reliability of nuclear power instrument control equipment, the reliability screening of nuclear power instrument control equipment and its components is discussed. This thesis summarizes the necessity of the aging screening of electronic components and the difficulties in the implementation process. Screening scheme is established according to the existing nuclear industry standards and other industry standards, and this scheme is vilified in localization project. The test results show that the screening scheme validates the critical process of component procurement, PCB soldering and cabinet assembly wiring. This action ensures the quality and reliability of the bulk supply product.
