摘要
背景循环管理是精准麻醉的重要组成部分，器官功能保护很大程度上取决于围手术期循环功能的保护。目的综述术中低血压（intraoperative hypotension，IOH）程度对术后器官功能的影响，为围手术期循环管理提供参考。内容概述BP的形成和低血压的标准，总结近年来IOH对术后转归影响的研究结果以及对IOH的预防和处理方式。趋向优化循环管理，提高患者术后转归质量。
Background The circulation management is an important part of precise anesthesia. In large extent, the protection effect of vital organsj function relies on the protection of circulation in the perioperative period. Objective The objective of this review is to summarize the influence of intraoperative hypotension （IOH） for postoperative organs＂ function, and to provide a reference for the management of intraoperative circulation. Content This review outlies how blood pressure is formed and the definition of IOH, summarizes recent studies on the effects of IOH on postoperative outcome, and discusses how to prevent and deal with IOH. Trend To optimize the circulation management and improve the quality of postoperative recovery.
