摘要
大学生职业生涯规划课程作为高校必修课,对学生的顺利就业、适应未来职场、职业发展、实现理想目标等意义重大且影响深远。如何提高大学生职业生涯规划课程教学效果对高校及学生都具有重要意义。在实践教学中不断整合课程体系,使其更加科学合理,适应社会变化发展需求;改进教学方式,以学生为主导的形式进行知识的传递;合理的安排实践活动,让学生在体验中充分开发自己的潜能;通过走出去与引进来的模式不断强化师资队伍建设等途径是提高大学生职业生涯规划课程建设的有效手段。
As a compulsory course,the course-career planning for college students,is of great significance to students＇ successful employment,adapting to the job market,career development and ideal＇s fulfillment. It is significant for universities and students to find the approach to improving the teaching effect of the course-career planning for college students. Firstly,teachers should integrate the curriculum system constantly to make it more scientific,more reasonable,and adaptable to the change of social development. Secondly,teachers should improve their teaching methods and impart knowledge in a student-centered way. Thirdly,teachers should arrange practical activities reasonably to make students fully develop their potentials. Moreover,teachers should constantly strengthen teaching staff construction by ＂going out＂and＂bringing in＂. These are the effective means of improving the course construction of career planning for college students.
