垂直潜流湿地模拟系统中基质粒径与水力停留时间配置对悬浮物处理效率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以垂直潜流湿地为例,从减缓潜流湿地堵塞的角度出发,通过构建潜流湿地模拟系统,并使用正交分析方法研究了湿地基质粒径及水力停留时间的最佳配置.结果表明:模拟系统自建立开始,需要1周左右的时间达到稳定状态,1周之后总悬浮物(TSS)出水浓度、去除率以及系统孔隙度保持相对稳定,不会随时间出现剧烈波动.对于TSS去除率,基质粒径与水力停留时间则对其产生极显著影响,显著性排序为基质粒径>水力停留时间;对于系统孔隙度,水力停留时间并不对其产生显著影响,仅有基质粒径发挥着极显著作用.综合考虑TSS去除率以及系统孔隙度这两个指标,模拟系统的水力停留时间为2h,基质粒径为3~4mm时,系统有着最优的表现,既可降低堵塞的可能性,又保证了污染物的去除率. Subsurface flow constructed wetlands have been worldly wide used at present.However,there does not exist uniform standards for the design and operation of constructed wetlands.The design and operation of constructed wetlands need specific issue concrete analysis rather than universally applicable skill.This paper is an attempt to determine the best configuration of substrates size and hydraulic retention time through orthogonal analysis from the angle of slowing down the clogging in subsurface flow constructed wetlands.The results indicated that about a week was needed for the experimental systems to reach stable states after setting up.After a week,TSS concentration in outflow,TSS reduction rate and porosity would keep stable without high volatility over time.For TSS reduction rate,which was very significantly influenced by substrates size and hydraulic retention time,the significant factors were in the order of substrates size,hydraulic retention time.As for the porosity,only substrates size had a very significant impacts on it.When the hydraulic retention time was 2 hours,and the substrates size was between 3-4 mm,the system had the best performance taking into account TSS reduction rate and porosity,reducing the risk of clogging and ensuring the reduction rate of TSS.
