摘要
手机镜头作为典型的大视场大孔径光学系统,在进行光学设计时会出现像面边缘照度过低。降低边缘主光线角度可以改善边缘照度,但是同时也会使边缘畸变增大。取边缘主光线角度,畸变为变量,使用ZEMAX对手机镜头进行仿真优化,通过改变边缘主光线角度、畸变、像面照度,寻找三者之间的联系。通过一系列仿真数据分析,发现当系统边缘主光线角度变小时,系统边缘照度会被提升,但相对畸变也会被提升。使用Matlab对多组仿真数据分析,可以在畸变和边缘照度上找到最佳平衡。对实际系统进行了优化,在边缘主光线角度为17.5°附近能求解到最佳平衡解。通过该优化设计使原系统光学总长缩短了0.9mm,整体畸变下降了0.3%,MTF也有显著提升。
Mobile lens as a typical large field of view large aperture optical system,in the optical design,the image edge illumination is too low. The edge illumination can be improved by reducing the edge of the main light angle,but at the same time the edge distortion will be also increased. The edge of the main light angle and distortion being taken as variables,the mobile phone lens was simulated and optimized by using ZEMAX. By changing the edge of the main light angle;distortion;and image plane illumination,the link between the three items was searched. Through a series of simulation data analysis,it is found that the edge illumination of the system will be improved when the main ray angle of the system edge becomes smaller,but the relative distortion will be improved. The multiple sets of simulation data were analyzed by using Matlab,the best balance between distortion and edge illumination is found. The actual system is optimized,and the optimal equilibrium solution can be solved when the edge of the main ray angle is 17.5°. Through the optimization design,the total optical length of the original system is shortened by0.9 mm,the overall distortion is decreased by 0.3%,and the MTF is also significantly improved.
