摘要
目的:在骨科护理教学中应用阶段式带教方法的效果讨论研究.方法:参与本实验的骨科实习生共60名,按照随机数字表法将所有实习生分成2组(均n=30),本实验将传统常规带教方法和阶段式带教方法分别应用于对照组和观察组实习生护理教学,对比2组实习生教学成果相关指标数据变化情况.结果:相比于对照组,观察组实习生专科理论知识、技术操作及综合成绩评分及教学满意度指标数据均更高(P〈0.05),观察组实习生护理教学效果更好.结论:骨科护理教学中应用阶段式带教方法教学效果更好,能够有效提高学生的满意度,在教学中应用价值明显.
Objective: A Study on the Effect of Stage - based Teaching Method in Orthopedic Nursing Teaching. Methods : Participate in the experiment of orthopaedic interns, a total of 60, according to random number table method to put all the trainee into two groups ( n = 30), this experiment will stage with conventional teaching method and traditional teaching methods were applied in the control group and nursing teaching team intern, compared two groups of internship teaching achievements related indicators data changes. Results: Com- pared with the control group, the theoretical knowledge, technical operation, comprehensive score and teaching satisfaction index of the study group were higher ( P 〈 0.05 ). The nursing group had better teaching effect. Conclusion : Orthopedic nursing teaching in the application of phased teaching methods to teach better, can effectively improve student satisfaction, in the application of teaching value is obvious.
