摘要
目的采用逍遥散加减联合头穴电刺激的治疗方法,对轻、中度抑郁症患者临床疗效进行观察研究。方法选取的入组病例共127例,全部患者确诊为轻、中度抑郁症,采用随机分组的方法分为两组:治疗组与对照组。治疗组:中药汤剂逍遥散加减+头穴电刺激联合治疗,对照组:单纯口服中药汤剂逍遥散加减治疗,每治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗前及3个疗程后根据患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)等评定标准进行组间、组内比较对照,评价临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后SDS和HAMD评分较疗前均有下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者的SDS、HAMD评分情况比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加减联合头穴电刺激与单纯口服中药相比,可降低抑郁症患者的SDS评分和HAMD评分,有改善轻、中度抑郁症患者临床症状的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on depression of the mild and moderate degrees in the patients with the modified xiaoyao san and electroacupuncture（ EA） at head points.Methods A total of 127 cases were included and all of the patients were diagnoased as depression of the mild and moderate degrees. They were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group,the combined treatment was applied with the modified xiaoyao san decoction and EA at head points. In the control group,the modified xiaoyao san decoction was used simply. The treatment for 4 weeks was as 1 course. Before and after 3-course treatment,the self-rating depression scale（ SDS） and Hamilton depression rating scale（ HAMD） were adopted to assess the clinical effects. The comparison was made between the groups and within group. Results SDS and HAMD scores were all reduced after treatment as compared with those before treatment in the two groups,indicating the significant differences. The results of SDS and HAMD in the treatment group were better than the control group after treatment,indicating the significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment with the modified xiaoyao san decoction and EA at head points reduces SDS and HAMD scores in depression patients and improves in the clinical symptoms of depression at the mild and moderate degrees as compared with the simple oral administration of herbal medicine.
