摘要
为观察消坠合剂保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效,将60例溃疡性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用消坠合剂保留灌肠治疗,对照组采用康复新液保留灌肠治疗,比较2组疗效。结果显示,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为90.00%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但治疗组在腹痛、肛门坠胀及异物感和肠镜检查方面的治疗后积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在黏液脓血便方面2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,消坠合剂保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性直肠炎疗效优于康复新液。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhui Heji for retention enema in the treat- ment of ulcerative proctitis （UP） of dampness-heat type of large intestine,randomly divided 60 cases of a- bove type UP into treatment group and control one,30 cases for each group,which the former adopted Xi- aozhui Heji for retention enema, meanwhile the latter adopted Kangfuxin liquid for doing so; then compared both groups＇ effect. As results, in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups（93.33% vs 90.00%）,there was no statistical difference（ P 〉0.05）,but in the post-treatment score rating on abdominal pain,tenesmus of anus and its foreign sensation,as well as enteroscopy finding the for- mer was significantly lower than the latter（ P 〈0.05） ;in mucopurulent bloody stool there was no statisti- cal difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）.Results show that Xiaozhui Heji for retention enema for treating UP of dampness-heat type of large intestine has better effect than Kangfuxin liquid.
