河湖库塘淤泥处理及资源化再利用研究 被引量:9

摘要 基于"浙江省水利厅重点项目",以循环经济的"3R"理念指导河湖库塘淤泥处置,分析了目前河湖库塘淤泥处理现状和存在的问题.以浙江临安市二级净化水的池塘淤泥作为研究对象,进行了河湖库塘淤泥制备腐植酸有机肥试验,并分析该技术的经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益.研究结果表明,该技术适合于河湖库塘淤泥的处理处置,而对于工业废水淤泥需要先去除重金属离子后才适用该技术工艺.因此,该技术要真正实现产业化应用还需要从废水的排放管理、净化处置以及考核管理机制等方面加以理顺,实行分类、分级处理. Based on the "Key Project of Water Resource Department of Zhejiang Province", the present situation and problems of silt treatment and disposal was studied under the "3R" concept of circular economy. Took the pond sludge from Linan secondary clarifier as the re- search target, the preparation of HAF was conducted in the pilot - scale experiments. Be- sides, the economic, social and ecological benefits of the proposed technology were also eval- uated in this paper. The results showed that HAF technology was suitable for the treatment and disposal of lakes pond sludge. However, for the industrial wastewater sludge it was nee- ded to remove the heavy metals before applying this technology. Consequently, for industriali- zation application of HAF technology, the following several aspects should be considered such as the wastewater effluent management, purification treatment and management mecha- nism to implement classification treatment.
