摘要
针对曲轴的人工装配方式,存在划伤、磕碰伤及表面污染等质量隐患,操作者劳动强度大、安全隐患多,装配质量和效率受人为因素影响大,质量保证能力有限的问题。介绍了一种MOTOMAN工业机器人实现曲轴装配自动化的设计方案,方案满足原有装配线工艺布局,实现装配线的省人化、自动化。该方案技术含量高、实现效果好,标志着柴油机装配线装备技术研究与工艺优化改进的新突破。经使用证明,满足柴油机装配要求,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
For the manual assembly of the crankshaft, there are scratches, bumps and surface pollution and other quality hazards, the operator labor intensity, security risks and more, assembly quality and efficiency are greatly influenced by human factors, quality assurance capacity is limited. This paper introduces a design scheme that MOTOMAN industrial robots realize crankshaft assembly automation, program to meet the original assembly line process layout, to achieve the assembly line of the sawing manpower and automation. The technical content of the program is high, the effect is good, marking new breakthroughs of the diesel engine assembly line equipment technology research and process optimization and improve- ment, with the use of proof, meet the requirements of diesel engine assembly, has achieved good social and economic benefits.
