基于高压隔离开关振动信号的故障诊断方法分析 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了一种高压隔离开关振动信号监测分析方法:首先检测高压隔离开关正常动作时的振动信号曲线,提取其中的特征信息,对各特征信息进行聚类分析,得到对应的聚类中心,建立高压隔离开关的标准振动信号数据模型;然后检测高压隔离开关实际运行动作时的振动信号曲线特征值,与标准振动信号数据模型中的特征值进行比对,计算高压隔离开关实际运行动作时的振动信号曲线与标准振动信号数据模型的相似程度,如果相似程度低于阈值,则判断高压隔离开关故障。经故障模拟及试验验证,该方法操作简单,使用方便,能够准确检测出高压隔离开关是否存在故障。 This paper introduces an analysis method of vibration signal monitoring for high-voltage disconnector. Firstly, the vibration signal curve of high-voltage disconnector is detected and its characteristic information is extracted. The clustering analysis is made for each characteristic information to get the corresponding clustering center, and establishes the standard vibration signal data model of high-voltage disconnector. Then, the eigenvalue of vibration signal of high-voltage disconnector is measured and compared with the eigenvalue of standard vibration signal data model to calculate the actual operation of high-voltage disconnector. The degree of similarity between the vibration signal curve and the standard vibration signal data model is calculated, if the degree of similarity is lower than the set value, it is judged that the high-voltage disconnector is faulty, Because of the change of the vibration signal when the high-voltage disconnecting switch breaks down, the method proposed in this paper to judge whether it breaks down by monitoring the vibration signal of the high-voltage disconnecting switch can accurately detect if the high-voltage disconnecting switch has fault, and the monitoring method is simple and easy to operate.
