摘要
党的十九大提出:"加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国","推进绿色发展"是生态文明建设的重要视角。其中,创建绿色社区则是推进绿色发展的重要内容。绿色社区因其鲜明的时代价值和科学的理论基础支撑,在构建绿色生活理念与方式领域显现出巨大的可能性。在新时代中国特色社会主义发展进程中,绿色社区的建设与完善可以从软硬件两方面综合施治,即夯实绿色社区建设的硬件基础,创设绿色社区建设的软件环境。唯如此,才能将绿色社区建设推向更深层次和更高水平。
On the 19th National Congress of the C.P.C, the Central Committee of C.P.C put forward the issues of ＂accelerating reform of the ecological civilization system, building a beautiful China＂, while ＂Green development＂ has been one of the important perspective of this issue. Among them, the development of green community construction has been proposed again, which will be an important content of green development in the new era. Because of its distinct time value and scientific theoretical foundation, green community shows great possi- bility in constructing the concept and mode of green living. The research on the reality of green community construction has both the experience and the problems. In the process of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the age perfection of green community construction can be improved comprehensively from hardware aspect and software aspect, that is consolidating the hardware infrastructure of green community construction and creating the software environment of green community construction. Only in this way can green community construction be pushed deeper and higher.
