摘要 某炼油厂0.5 Mt/a延迟焦化装置在原料深拔和掺炼催化裂化(FCC)油浆后,出现液体收率下降、运行周期缩短、液态烃产品焦粉携带等一系列问题,影响了长周期运行及经济效益。针对上述问题,优化了工艺条件、采用供氢体循环油、FCC油浆脱固等多种应对措施。中试结果表明:焦化轻蜡油作为供氢体时,装置液体收率提高3.21百分点,焦炭产率降低2.95百分点,是良好的供氢体;进一步研究表明反式十氢萘较顺式十氢萘更易发生供氢反应;应用某型油浆脱固剂后,FCC油浆固体脱除率达到98.04%。采取措施后,装置液体收率、长周期运行、液态烃产品质量均出现不同程度改善,实现了综合效益提升。 After deep cut and blending of FCC oil slurry,a series of problems have occurred in a500,000 TPY delayed coking unit,such as reduction of liquid yield,shortened operation period and carryover of coke powder in the liquid hydrocarbon products. As the result,the long-term operation and economic benefit are affected. To solve these problems,several measures have been taken,such as optimizing the process conditions,using circulating oil as hydrogen donor and removing solid in FCC oil slurry,etc. The pilot plant test results show that the liquid yield is increased by 3. 21% and the coke yield is reduced by 2. 95% when the light coker gas oil is used as the hydrogen donor,and it is a good hydrogen donor. Further studies show that the hydrogen donor reaction is more likely to occur for trans-decalin than for cis-decalin. The solid removal rate of FCC slurry has reached 98. 06% after the application of a certain type of solid removal agent.After taking these measures,the liquid yield of the unit,the long-term operation and the liquid hydrocarbon product quality are improved in different degrees,and the comprehensive benefit has been improved.
