多层螺旋CT不同扫描剂量在冠状动脉成像中的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较多层螺旋CT不同扫描剂量在冠状动脉成像中的图像质量,在保证图像质量的同时降低辐射剂量,以减少患者的放射损害。方法将本院2016年2月至2017年1月临床确诊为冠心病的54例患者随机分为常规剂量组(A组)和低剂量组(B组),B组通过适当降低管电流、利用前瞻性心电门控序列扫描模式、增大螺距等方式以降低射线剂量,对2组成像质量及辐射剂量进行评估。结果 2组图像等级、信噪比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR)无明显差异,B组有效剂量(ED)明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠脉成像的检查中,利用更合理的扫描方式并适当降低管电流及增大螺距也可以达到诊断目的,同时也降低了患者所受的电离辐射。 Objective To compare the differences between different scanning dose scans of multi-slice spiral CT in coronary artery imaging, and to reduce radiation dose while ensuring the quality of image, so as to reduce the radiation damage of patients. Method Will be in our hospital in February 2016 to January 2017, 54 cases of clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into routine dose group(group A) and low dose group(group B) and group B by properly reducing pipe current, voltage, using prospective heart scan mode switch control sequence, increasing the pitch in order to reduce the radiation dose and to evaluate 2 composition as quality and radiation dose. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of images, SNR and CNR, and the effective dose(ED) in group B was significantly lower than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the examination of coronary angiography, using more reasonable scanning methods and appropriately reducing the tube current can also achieve the purpose of diagnosis, and also reduce the ionizing radiation of the patients.
