摘要
新建本科院校走应型大学的转型之路,既是时代要求,也是其自身生存和发展之道。新建本科院校通过调整优化专业结构,能主动适应区域经济社会发展的需要,实现自身特色办学的内涵发展。作为新建本科院校,玉林师范学院准确定位,制定应用型大学专业建设规划,确立了"做优做精教师教育专业,做大做强应用型专业"的专业建设思路,对接玉林制药产业、食品产业、健康产业、旅游产业和现代农业经济、非公企业经济等支柱产业,进一步优化专业结构,加强专业管理,建立动态调整机制。同时,强化内涵,建立起专业应用型人才培养模式,搭建起了与地方城市的同频共振的桥梁和通道。
The transformation road of the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities is not only the requirement of the times, but also the way of its own survival and development. By adjusting and optimizing the professional structure, the newly established universities can actively adapt to the needs of the regional economic and social development, and realize the connotation development of their own characteristics of running a school. As a newly established undergraduate college, Yulin Normal University accurately position and formulate the specialty construction plan of Applied University, and established the professional construction idea of ＂do the best teacher education, and strengthen the applied specialty＂,dock Yulin pharmaceutical industry, food industry, health industry, tourism industry and modem agriculture economy, non-public enterprise economy and other pillar industries, further optimize the professional structure, strengthen professional management, and establish dynamic adjustment mechanism.At the same time, we should strengthen the connotation, establish the training mode of professional applied talents, set up the bridge and channel of the same frequency resonance with the local cities.
