摘要 特高压的快速发展造就了柔性直流发展机遇,柔性直流以其众多的优点得以快速应用。分析了特高压环境中柔性直流具有的优越性,通过培训调研,提出了知识、技能和制度结合的培训框架,开发出柔性直流培训课程和培训方案,编制柔性直流培训课程体系结构导图,完成了一个结构清晰且实用的培训课程体系。这将对柔性直流培训具有丰富内涵的指导作用。 The rapid development of ultra-high voltage has created an opportunity for flexible DC development,and flexible DC has been applied quickly with vast advantages.This paper analyzes the advantages of flexible DC in ultra- high voltage environment.Through training and investigation, a training framework of knowledge, skill and system is put forward.A flexible DC training course and a training scheme are developed, and a structural guide map of the curriculum system in flexible DC training is prepared so that a clear and practical curriculum system in training is completed.It will benefit deeply for the guidance of the curriculum system in training.
