摘要
随着市场机制的不断完善,政府市场价格监管的作用致力于加强市场公平竞争的秩序性和稳定性。目前,咸阳市已初步构建起政府市场价格监管体系,但仍存在着法律法规体系不完善、监管手段滞后性等问题。依据价格监管体系的思路和原则,结合互联网技术的优势,从完善监管手段、监管形式和监管模式等方面提出改善咸阳市政府价格监管体系的建议。
With the constant improvement of market mechanism, the role of the government con- trol of the market price is committed to strengthening the fair competition in the market order and stabil- ity. At present, Xianyang has preliminarily built up the government market price regulation system, but there still remains imperfect legal system, such problems as lag of regulation means. On the basis of price regulation system of ideas and principles, combined with the advantage of ＇ Internet＇ technology, to improve the regulatory means, the form of regulation and supervision model, etc scientific advice is put forward to improve the xianyang government price regulation system.
