摘要
【目的/意义】为了提高系统运行的效率和系统协同效应,电子商务价值生态系统必须进行协同发展。【方法/过程】本文构建电子商务价值协同生态系统,从协同要素、协同结构、协同机制进行协同发展。价值协同形成管理协同、知识协同、企业结构协同、用户协同和信息协同五个协同要素;实现"三个平台四个层次"的实体要素和虚拟信息要素相结合的协同结构。【结果/结论】系统运行形成"四阶段三相变"的协同框架和自组织协同演化机制,最终提出相应的管理启示。
[Purpose/significance] In order to improve the efficiency of the system and the synergistic effect of the system, the e-commerce value ecosystem must be coordinated. [Method/process]This paper constructs an e-commerce synergistic ecosystem, and develops synergistic factors from synergistic elements, synergistic structures and synergistic mechanisms. There are five collaborative elements,the value formation of synergetic management synergy, knowledge collaboration, enterprise structure, user cooperative coordination and information coordination. The collaborative structure are established which can achieve the "entity elements of the four levels ofthree platforms" and virtual information elements combination. [Result/conclusion] The system runs to form a " four phase and three-phase"collaborative framework and co-evolution mechanism, at last we put forward some management suggestions.
