摘要
针对大型抽水蓄能变速机组交流励磁系统,对主回路拓扑结构进行了详细的对比分析,最终选用NPC三电平交直交结构。针对该拓扑结构,详细研究了其矢量控制策略。搭建一台5 MW的功率柜样机,采用NPC三电平拓扑,进行了功率回路测试,充分验证了拓扑结构和矢量控制策略的正确性。对200 MW大型变速抽蓄机组的交流励磁系统的功率单元设计具有重要的借鉴意义。
For designing the ac-excitation system for large pumped-storage variable speed units, the topological structure of the main loop is analyzed and the three-level NPC converters are finally selected. The vector control strategy of the three-level NPC converters is also studied herein. A 5-MW power cabinet prototype is built by using the NPC three-level topology, and the correctness of the topological structure and vector control strategy is verified by power circuit test. This study has great significance on power unit design of the ac-excitation system of 200 MW large pumped-storage variable speed unit.
