摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS对TC4钛合金舵面真空扩散焊过程进行模拟,建立了三维热-结构耦合模型,计算焊接过程中应力应变分布。通过比较得出:在温度930℃,保温100min,压力3.5MPa条件下焊接效果最好。并采用此工艺参数开展了钛合金舵面整体成形研究,通过微观金相组织及扫描能谱分析。结果表明:焊接界面成形良好,界面物相组织均匀分布,而且在焊接过程中保持了母材本身性质,满足技术要求,大幅度减少实验试错次数、缩短型号研制周期。
In this paper,welding process on the vacuum diffusion bonding of TC4 alloy material was simulated by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.The thermal stress and deformation analyses were researched by a three-dimensional hot-structure coupled field model.Explored the best welding parameters of the solid phase direct vacuum diffusion welding with 930℃,100 min,3.5 MPa.Results showed a good deformation of weld and two particles embedded homogeneously under the best parameters.The base metal held on the original property with a good quality of joints and the technology could cut down the time of design.
