摘要
用传递矩阵法推导转子系统临界转速和动态不平衡响应的计算公式 ,用 MATL AB软件编写了相应的计算程序 ,用一个有理论解的例子对程序进行考核。对一模型悬臂转子进行了比较全面的分析 ,得出了转子系统的临界转速的变化规律。在此基础上对某实际火箭发动机转子系统的动力学特性进行了分析。研究了联轴器刚度。
We present the formula for calculating the rotor systems' critical speeds and imbalance dynamic responses with a transfer matrix approach. The calculation program based on MATLAB has been designed, and verified by analyzing an example with theoretical solutions. The dynamic characteristics of a model cantilever rotor are analyzed using the program. The trend of the rotor systems' critical speeds with different rotor parameters is gained. Another important work of this paper is analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system of a rocket's engine. The results and corresponding conclusions are given in the paper.
