摘要
通过大量的试验 ,研究了聚晶金刚石磨削力与磨削速度 vs、刀架静刚度 Fa、切深 ap的关系。以 PCD材料磨除率 Q、磨削比 G及刀具刃磨质量为综合目标 ,确定了较合理的磨削工艺参数范围 ,在此范围内通过回归分析建立了磨削力的经验公式。经检验计算知 ,所得方程是显著的 ,能很好反映磨削力与 vs、Fa、ap 的关系 。
Through a large amount of the experiments, this paper studies the relationship of the PCD grinding force with the grinding speed v s, the static stiffness of tool holder F a and the cutting deep a p. Taking the PCD material removal rate Q, the grinding ratio G and the tool grinding quality as a synthetical goal, a reasonable range of grinding parameters is given. In this range, the experimental formula of grinding force is set by regressive analysis. This formula is notable and it has a high regressive precision, and can describe the relationship of the grinding force with v s, F s and a p very well.
