摘要
观察烧伤病人肌肉注射人血丙种球蛋白的临床疗效。采用人血丙种球蛋白肌肉注射治疗２０例烧伤病人，并对该组病人治疗前后的血清免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ３浓度进行测定，结果发现病人血清免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ３水平在治疗前后无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Twenty 20 burn patients were injected intramuscularly with human gamma globulin,and the concentrations of serum immunoglobulin and C 3 were determined before and after treatment.The results showed no difference between the concentrations before and after treatment( P>0 05) ,and have been analysed and discussed in the paper.
