摘要
通过对研究学派和科研团队在形成机制、运行机制和运行效果的比较,认为研究学派营造了良好的学术生态环境,是一种高效的科研组织形式,对科研管理特别是组建科研团队具有多方面的启发借鉴意义。
According to the comparison of the forming mechanism,operating mechanism and operating effect between scientific school and research group,the conclusion can be obtained that scientific school can offer good academic entironment,which is also the efficient type of organization for scientific research.It can provide many-sided enlightenings and can be used as a source of reference for scientific research management especially for setting up research groups.
