摘要
就业是民生之本,安国之策。在当前大学生就业日益严峻的形势下,从和谐社会建设的高度来审视和研究大学生就业问题,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。在分析山东大学生就业现状与成因的基础上,从高校、社会和学生个人等方面,提出了和谐社会建设中促进山东大学生就业的对策建议。
Employment is the people's livelihood strategies Anguo.In the current employment situation of university students increasingly serious circumstances,from the height of the building of a harmonious society to examine and study the problem of it,has a very important theoretical and practical value.On the analysis of basis of the status quo and the causes,the paper proposed countermeasures and proposals to promote the employment of university students in Shandong from colleges and universities,social and personal,such as students,in building of a armonious society .
