摘要
大学低年级是职业生涯规划教育的重要期和关键期,关系着大学生能否合理的规划大学生活以及未来的职业发展。本文通过对在校大学低年级学生的问卷调查已及对25名大一、大二学生的个案访谈,对大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状及问题做了初步探讨。以期为日后的职业生涯教育的开展提供理论支持。
The lower grade is the important and critical period of the education on career planning and it is related to whether university students can plan their university life and future career development reasonably.In this paper,through the questionnaire survey and case interview of lower grade students,the writer analyzes the current situation and problems of the education on underclassmen's career planning,and the study will provide theoretical support to the future education on career planning.
