摘要
对当前制造企业生产过程中存在的在制品实时跟踪控制问题进行了分析,指出了当前的制造企业对加工实时信息的需求及获取实时加工信息方法的不足,提出了应用射频识别(RFID)技术对在制品进行实时跟踪控制的可行性,运用批次管理的思想对电子标签进行编码管理,构建了一种在制品跟踪控制的车间布局方式,对基于RFID的在制品管理系统进行了基本的设计,并进行了演示实验,证明了其可行性。
On the basis of analyzing the current issue of real-time tracking and control system in the production,it presents the needs of information processing and deficiencies in real-time processing methods of manufacturing enterprises, suggests that using Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) technology in real-time production tracking and control is feasible and superior.It uses the batch management thinking of the electronic tag encoding management,sets up a tracking and control products distribution construction in workshop,designs the RFID-based management system.The demo experiment certificates the feasibility.
