摘要
为了在产品设计过程中充分认知、挖掘和利用顾客需求,提出了需求驱动的复杂机电产品设计方案求解方法。采用数学描述方法,从理性的角度对需求信息获取、设计方案求解、设计结果验证等进行了准确描述,并且建立了设计方案的求解模型。最后,以一个电子伺服多工位送料机的创新设计为例,阐述了设计方案求解过程,验证了该方法的可行性。
Aiming at fully cognizing,mining and utilizing customers' demands in the process of product design,it proposes a solution approach for solving complex electromechanical product design scheme based on requirement-driven.It provides a mathematical method for the demand information extraction from a rational perspective,design scheme solving and design result verification,establishes a solution model of the design scheme.Finally,taking an innovative design of electronic servo-axis multi-stage transfer system as example,it illustrates the solution process of design scheme and verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
