摘要
近年来,环境污染问题日益突出,国家推出一系列节能减排计划。针对火电厂的热湿烟气,昊姆公司研发出一套结合开放式吸收热泵技术、湿法脱硫技术的烟气深度净化及余热回收技术,对一台35 t蒸汽锅炉进行改造,以达到超低排放的目的。实践结果表明,当回收的余热用于加热90 m^3/h工艺水时,系统全年可回收余热总计3.8万GJ,折合标煤1 300 t;回收湿烟气中30%~45%的水分用于脱硫补水,节水量0.851万t/a;年减少烟尘和SO_2排放量25.23 t、27.68 t。该技术在余热回收的基础上,对烟气进一步脱硫、除尘,达到节能减排的效果。
In recent years, the issue of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent, and the state has launched a series of energy saving and emission reduction plans. For hot and humid flue gas from thermal power plants, HAMM has developed a set of technologies for deep flue gas purification and waste heat recovery combined with open absorption heat pump technology and wet flue gas desulfurization technology to transform a 35 t steam boiler to achieve super The purpose of low emissions.
