摘要
以广州某工业化建筑住宅小区项目为背景,详细介绍了PC外墙施工和节点防水技术。PC外墙安装的关键点是控制墙体的垂直度和水平度。本工程PC外墙防水采用构造防水和材料防水相结合的方法,选用抗污染硅酮密封胶进行外墙接缝处防水密封,取得了良好的效果。
Based on the background of a residential building in Guangzhou, this paper details the construction technology of PC external wall and waterproofing technology of PC external wall joints. The key point of PC external wall installation is to control the verticality and levelness of the wall. In this project, the PC exterior wall waterproofing adopts combining of the structure waterproofing and the material waterproofing. The GE silicone anti-pollution sealant is adopted [br tire waterproofing sealing of the exterior wall joint and good effect is obtained.
