摘要
对28种表面活性剂进行了泡沫综合性能评价和油水界面张力测试,并通过不同表面活性剂之间的复配和配方的优化,筛选出高稳泡超低界面张力的泡沫体系。结果表明,当FC-06、5#和DS10复配表面活性剂的质量分数为0.4%,配比为2∶1∶3时,最大起泡体积为500 mL,半衰期为28.8 min,平衡时的油水界面张力为8.0×10^(-3) mN/m。泡沫体系性能评价结果表明,在40 000 mg/L的矿化度条件以下,泡沫体系均能保持高稳泡时间和超低界面张力,具有较强的耐盐性。
Foam comprehensive properties of 28 kinds of surfactants were evaluated and the oil-water interfacial tensions were tested. And the foam system with high stability and ultra-low interfacial tension was screened by compound matching of different surfactants and formula optimization. The results showed that, when the mass fraction of compound surfactant FC-06,5 ~# and DS10 was 0.4%, their ratio was 2∶1∶3, the maximum bubble volume was 500 mL, half-life was 28.8 min, the oil-water interfacil tension at equilibrium condition was 8.0×10^(-3) mN/m. Foam system performance evaluation results showed that, under salinity conditions of 35 000 mg/L, the foam system kept high stability, ultra-low interfacial tension and strong salt resistance.
